Common Questions

Our Process & Guarantees

Find direct answers regarding our traditional joinery methods, timber sourcing, white-glove shipping logistics, and our lifetime structural guarantee.

What is your lifetime structural guarantee?

How does shipping and assembly work?

Can I choose my own timber and dimensions?

We guarantee the structural integrity of our traditional joinery for life. Because we use solid-sawn timber and mortise and tenon joints instead of metal fasteners or veneers, our tables will not wobble, warp, or pull apart.

We ship every piece fully assembled directly to your home or project site. Our heavy timber furniture is carefully crated and delivered via white-glove freight to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

We source sustainable North American hardwoods, including black walnut, white oak, and cherry. During your consultation, we will help you select the species and dimensions that best fit your dining or hosting space.
